Upon Enrollment:
From
the very start of your program, American Liberty Financial will take
care of everything for you.
You will not be required to correspond with your
accounts. You may sill
receive correspondence by mail and some 1st party
calls. All
3rd party calls will be directed to our office.
Clients Responsibilities:
This
is a program designed to not only save you money but also simplify
your daily life. Upon
enrollment, we will assist you in opening a Special Purpose
Account. You will be
responsible for maintaining this bank account by making timely
payments. This account
is only used to make authorized payments to your creditors. Clients are responsible for
notifying American Liberty Financial of any and all communications
with you directly by creditors. You are also responsible to
notify American Liberty Financial of any change in your financial
status. American
Liberty Financial empowers its clients with the assurance that they
are in charge of their program and their money.
Program:
Throughout
the course of the program your creditors will be contacting our
office on a regular basis (usually every 30 days) to verify
representation and to make settlement offers once your accounts have
gone through a standard aging process. Settlements normally do not
begin until after the first 90 days of your start date. Our debt
negotiators will be contacting you with settlement offers. We will advise you on how to
proceed with each offer.
This process will continue until you no longer have any
outstanding unsecured debt.
Our Program Fee also includes the cost of third party legal
representation should it be necessary.
